A Community of Canadian-Italian Families
Our family is blessed to have the opportunity to live on Singer Island and work in the Palm Beach County area. I am Canadian, and Italian, and my family has a long history in this area. As a child, my family and I would regularly vacation on Singer Island, where a variety of lasting memories were built.
We also have a beautiful daughter, Ella and she attends school nearby. We moved to Singer Island from Canada, when she was little because we wanted her to enjoy the same childhood of growing up on the beach as Paul experienced.
Presently, Michelle and I work together in the real estate market, bringing our own individual talents to the table, which benefits our clients. In addition to my own real estate investments and renovating property for resale, I work with investors often. I do property renovations that sometimes include design and decoration.
The scope of these renovations includes the selection of color schemes, cabinets, hardware, countertops, and backsplashes. I have a real talent and an eye for interior design that people are impressed with and compliment the beautiful finishes and decor that go into making these renovations look spectacular.
A New York Background
Michelle is originally from Queens, New York and she started her professional career working on Wall Street. During her career there, she gained experience in working with a wide range of personalities and developed strong communication skills. Since she is naturally high-energy and very focused, she learned the importance of possessing strong negotiating skills. As well as, the importance of working in a collaborative effort, which is critical to obtaining desired outcomes. Each day, she draws upon these skills, experiences, and talents when working with her real estate clients.

What It's All About
They say South Florida is, "A melting pot of people" who are from all over the world! With our Italian backgrounds, being from New York and Toronto, living here is exciting and works well for us. We believe it is important to give back to our community. For us, there is nothing greater than to contribute and invest in the lives of children. Therefore, due to this belief, Michelle and I became licensed Foster Parents in the state of Florida and work closely with an organization called Place of Hope. We feel very fortunate to be able to help other families and make a positive contribution to the children of Palm Beach County.
